Firefly Friends

Come and make a late summer "Firefly Friend" you can clip on to remember your Lumen adventures! This station will guide you through the steps to make a glowing tissue paper and clothes pin Firefly. Accessible for all ages an abilities with volunteers walking you through and assisting with each step. Make one for yourself or your loved one this Lumen festival!

About the Artist:

The After School Snack Collective has been a way for decade-long friends Kate, Tanner and Ella to support each other's creative endeavors and community arts goals over the last 5 years. The three have participated in many art markets selling their diverse pieces and handmade goods, curated a gallery show, participated in the Artist in Neighborhood project to create a community mural, and this year they are back at Lumen festival with a crafting station! They are passionate about celebrating the artist in everyone and making art accessible, and can't wait to see you at Lumen.
